Welcome to FastFade. This document outlines the terms of service and privacy policy that apply when you use our services at any FastFade location. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Terms

2.1 Booking and Queue System

When you make a booking, you are joining a queue system for the current day
The estimated waiting time shown is approximate and may vary
Your position in the queue is not guaranteed for a specific time
You must remain in or near the salon to maintain your position
If you are not present when called for your turn, you may be moved down in the queue
If you do not receive your service by the end of the business day, your payment will be forfeited

2.2 Payment and Refunds

Payment is required at the time of booking
All prices are final and include VAT where applicable
All prices are in € currency
