1. Introduction

This Terms of Service and Privacy Policy agreement ("Agreement") is between Quick Cuts, d.o.o. ("FastFade," "we," "us," or "our"), located at Trubarjeva cesta 24, 1000 Ljubljana, and the professional barber ("Barber," "you," or "your") who wishes to use our booking platform and facilities.

2. Service Description

FastFade provides a platform for professional barbers to book daily slots in our facility. By booking a slot, you agree to provide barbering services to customers during your booked time slot according to our operational guidelines.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Slot Booking

All slot bookings must be made through our online platform
Booking fees are non-refundable
Prices for slots are clearly displayed during the booking process
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking

3.2 Cancellation and No-Show Policy

No refunds will be provided for cancellations or no-shows
Failure to appear for a booked slot will result in forfeiture of the entire booking fee
Repeated no-shows may result in suspension or termination of your ability to book future slots
